PROJECT DETAILS
Clancy Quay is a landmark riverside development, close to the Phoenix Park in Dublin 8. It is close to a main route to the city centre with rail, road, and LUAS connections nearby. The scheme is built on the 5.6 hectare site of the former military establishment, Clancy Barracks, and residential units are incorporated within the refurbished Victorian buildings, with the 19th century central square being re-instated as a public space.
