FOrbes Quay, South docklands, DUBLIN

Following a DDDA sponsored Design & Development Competition, the Riverside 2 Partnership were selected as Developers on the former Gasworks Site at Sir John Rogerson’s Quay with Elliott Group as their D&B Contractors.

The residential scheme (Forbes Quay) comprises 124 apartments and completes a 'perimeter' style development. A semi-private, heavily landscaped park is provided to the centre of the scheme. As part of the project three apartments were converted into one large unit to provide accommodation of approx. 250 m2.

A bespoke fit-out was provided to deliver a unique river- side residence. Each of the apartments are fitted out to an extremely high standard. The apartments feature marble kitchen worktops, solid internal doors, marble topped bathroom units, energy-efficient centralised heating system, balconies, and access to the internal garden. Basement parking is provided with lifts to each floor.

The project shows the ability of the Elliott Group staff deliver a D&B solution from bid to final apartment closing.
